Pecos Electromechanical Equipment Co., Ltd.  is a high-tech private enterprise integrating research and development, industry, and trade. Founded in 1998, it is located in Xingtang Town, Zengcheng District, Guangzhou, on Guangshen Avenue West, Nan’an Village, Dongtoufang.

The company’s low-pressure casting machines are mainly sold to Southeast Asia and major cities across China. For over 10 years, we have cooperated with Asahi Aluminum’s plants in Southeast Asia and China; all their low-pressure casting machines are manufactured by our company, with a wheel qualification rate exceeding 99%. According to incomplete data in 2010, more than one-third of Japanese automotive wheels were produced by Asahi’s plants in cooperation with Pecos. Our products also hold a certain share in American, European, Korean, and domestic Chinese automotive wheels.

In the new energy vehicle core component casting industry, many enterprises use our low-pressure casting machines, which are praised for stable mold filling, high precision, and safe, reliable operation. The qualification rate for motor housings produced using our equipment exceeds the industry average by more than 10%, receiving unanimous recognition from customers.

Our series of liquid blending and dosing equipment was developed to meet the precise proportioning, uniform mixing, and convenient dosing needs of the feed production process. Since beginning R&D in 2010, the products have matured, evolving from a single raw liquid to the ability to handle multiple liquids in blended dosing, integrating weighing-based and flow-based systems. They can adapt to production requirements for micro or large-volume additions, overcoming challenges such as high viscosity or liquid-level differences.
